Vulnerability Report
This document should only be used to report potential security vulnerabilities identified on Dantherm Group relevant connectable products in line with The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
Please provide clear and detailed information in the document to assist with the investigation into the suspected vulnerability.
Acknowledgment to confirm receipt of the completed document will be provided by email to the address provided within 7 calendar days from the date of submission.
An update on progress of the investigation into the suspected vulnerability will be provided by email to the address provided within 30 calendar days from the date of submission which will also include a schedule for any further progress updates which may be required.
The minimum security update period for Dantherm Group products are defined below:
- DanX air handling units – zero months
- Delta air handling units – zero months
- I-PAC or I-PAC+ heat pumps – zero months
- Pooltherm heat pump app – aligns with warranty period of the connected product (5 years from date of sale of the connected I-PAC or I-PAC+ heat pump)
- Variheat 3 air handling units – zero months
